    I cannot thank you enough for your exemplary customer service. The original order had been lost in the Christmas post by Royal Mail, and when I contacted you the day before Christmas Eve to check on the delivery status you orgainsed a next day delivery which arrived by midday Christmas Eve (and saved my bacon!).

    We have yet to use it yet, but wanted to thank you in the meantime.
