TSM reserves the right to discontinue, change products or prices without prior notice. Products are available while supplies last. Errors in advertised prices are not binding & may be adjusted at any time.

We wish to thank you for purchasing a Brother Sewing Machine and provide details of the Brother warranty.


Any alternative warranties offered are the full responsibility of the provider; Brother cannot and will not underwrite any other warranty conditions other than those cited below

Brother 3-Year Warranty

Who is covered:

This warranty is given only to the original end-user/retail purchaser (referred to in this warranty as Original Purchaser) of the accompanying product, consumables and accessories (collectively referred to in this warranty as This Product).

If you purchase a product from someone other than an authorized Brother reseller or if the product was used (including but not limited to floor models or refurbished product with the exception of products that are factory refurbished by Brother), prior to your purchase you are not the Original Purchaser and the product that you purchased is not covered by this warranty.

What is covered:

This Product includes a Machine, Consumables and Accessory Items. Consumable and Accessory Items include but are not limited to needles, light bulbs, presser feet, bobbins, knives, tools and embroidery frames.

Except as otherwise provided here in, Brother warrants that the Machine will be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal conditions.


What is the length of the Warranty Period(s):

The warranty period is 3 years from the original purchase date for the Parts and Labor.

(If the machine is used for business purpose Brother offers 1 year warranty period from the original purchase date for Parts and Labor).

What is NOT covered:

This warranty does not cover:

(1) Physical damage to this Product;

(2) Damage caused by improper installation, improper or abnormal use, misuse, neglect or accident (including but not limited to transporting this Product without the proper preparation and/or packaging);

(3) Damage caused by another device or software used with this product (including but not limited to damage resulting from use of non Brother brand parts and Consumable and Accessory items);

(4) Consumable and Accessory Items;

(5) Other Items requiring periodic maintenance repair, refill or replacement with ordinary wear and tear, including but not limited to Bobbin Case, Needle Plate, Belts, Needle Threader and Hook Holder Assembly;

This warranty is VOID if this Product has been altered or modified in any way (including but not limited to attempted warranty repair without authorization from Brother and/or alteration/removal of the serial number.

Any machine to be returned for a warranty repair, will need to be sent in the original packaging, failure to do so will mean we hold no responsibilty for damage(s) caused in transit. We can supply the original packaging at the customer's cost.

What to do if you think your Product is eligible for warranty service:

Report your issue to a Brother Authorized Service Center or dealer within the applicable warranty period. Supply Brother or the Brother Authorized service Center with original invoice or receipt including the date of purchase, product and sellers name.

What Brother will do:

If the problem reported concerning your Machine is covered by this warranty and if you first reported the problem to Brother or an Authorized service center within the applicable warranty period, Brother or its Authorized Service center will repair or replace the Machine at no charge to you for parts or labor. The decision as to whether to repair or replace the Machine is made by Brother in its sole discretion. The repaired or replacement machine will be returned to you freight prepaid or made available for you to pick up at a conveniently located Authorized Service center or dealer.


TSM is concerned about our customers best interests, we will not lend, trade, rent, sell or distribute mailing lists with any customer information. Your name, address, phone number and any other information provided to us will not be used for any other purposes other than the business you conduct with TSM Ltd.

WEEE Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment

What is WEEE?

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations (2006 No. 3289) (WEEE) is a new UK legislation designed to address the environmental impact of waste electrical and electronic equipment.

The regulations have been put in place to ensure that products are recycled using best available treatment, recovery and recycling techniques to ensure human health and high environment protection.

Both Tyson Sewing Machines Ltd and our customers can assist in recycling waste electrical and electronic equipment.

If you return it we can recycle it, so our customers have an important role to play in helping us recycle.

Tyson Sewing Machines Ltd will undertake their responsibility as both a Producer and a Distributor to dispose of these goods in line with European legislation.

How do I know if my product is covered?

Look out for this symbol:

If the symbol shown here is found on any of your goods, it means that the product is covered by the WEEE Regulations.

How do I recycle my old products?

It means that you can return waste electrical equipment to Tyson Sewing Machines Ltd when you are purchasing a new product from us under our distributor obligations. It has to be like for like (i.e. A sewing machine for a sewing machine).

When you have finished with a WEEE product, please do not put in your domestic waste bin, as it will not be recycled.

Please contact us on 020-8574-1750 to arrange a convenient time for you to deliver the old item back to us, thus we can recycle at no cost to you. Alternatively you can use your local council WEEE recycling depot

Unfortunately USED machines do not include delivery, as they are used and often dont come with the correct packaging which in most cases will end up as a damaged item.

Under the United Kingdoms Distance Selling Regulations, if you've received goods and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them, you may return the goods to us for full credit, subject to the following conditions:

- The item(s) is in stock condition i.e. as it was when it was delivered to you.


- You inform us of your desire to cancel within seven days of receipt of the product(s).


- You pay the return delivery charges.


- Goods are returned as soon as possible in order that your credit can be actioned within 30 days.


- Goods are returned in a re-saleable condition and in their original packaging.


- Software ordered can be refunded as long as the product has not been unboxed & in original seal.


- There is a 20% re-stocking fee

If goods are refused by us, because the above criteria are not met, we will return them to the customer and also charge the customers payment method for the value of the carriage.

If goods are found to be faulty, damaged in transit or sent in error, we will arrange collection from addresses in United Kingdom mainland and pay the return carriage cost.
