This foot is for gathering, it will leave a gathered/ruffled affect on the bottom side, whilst sewing the 2 materials together.

Steps for Gathering:
1. Set the machine to a stitch length of 3mm, stitch width of 2mm and a differential ratio of 1.
2. Simply place the fabric you require to be gathered under the guide at the front of the foot.
3. Place the fabric you do not wish to be gathered between the guide and the foot.
4. You are now ready to sew, please ensure the fabrics are kept aligned, for a professional finish.
