I was really disappointed when I received my new foot to find that I couldn't use it without the shank that it had to clip on to. When I rang, the lady was very helpful and told me what I needed and placed the order for me. However, it did mean that I had to pay for two lots of postage in order to be able to use the foot. That said, I am really happy with the results from using it.

Having ordered this item on the internet late one evening I hardly expected a phone call the next day with a message on my answer phone explaining it was out of stock but they had alternatives and could I ring them. I rang and spoke to a fantastic lady who was so helpful and bought the plastic version which works just as beautifully as the metal version. The item arrived the next morning. Wonderful service and I cannot recommend this company enough.
